1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing the services, website, and consultancy solutions provided by Hansraj Ventures ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not access our services.

2. Consulting & Staffing Services

Hansraj Ventures provides strategic advisory, recruitment, talent placement, payroll management, and digital product development. Specific deliverables, project milestones, payment schedules, and performance standards are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or contracts executed between Hansraj Ventures and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in relation to our methodology, website assets, trademarks, branding, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of Hansraj Ventures unless explicitly transferred under written contract.

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to treat all business, strategic, financial, and technical information shared during the engagement as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hansraj Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
